Late kick off due to officials being late.

One way traffic.

Kenneh is a monster, would be surprised if he does not get a couple of games for the 1st team this season.

Ref is a twat as per usual.

Wet and very windy conditions - storm Brendan - but hasn't spoiled our usual football. Huggins looking lively down our left. Nice shot from Shack to score. H-T 1-0 to us. Crewe don't look very organised.

I remember Kenneh not looking particularly out of place when he came on vs Guiseley (?) in pre-season. The fact he signed a pro contract on his 17th birthday shows how much the club rate him.

Shack only did the first 45. Huggins has switched wings to the right. Kenneh to CB. Bogusz on for Shack.

Strong wind against us this half.

Some very nice trees around the pitch. Very good spying opportunity amongst those for a man with a green jacket and brown trousers. Pity it's only Crewe.

So Kenneh is real, then. I'd wondered if he was just some extended riff on Colin.
You know, I'm sick of following my dreams, man. I'm just going to ask where they're going and hook up with 'em later.

Crewe playing better this half and have had three or four chances. We've had a couple of good ones too. Miazek made a great save. Think the conditions are making a big difference, as we're finding it harder to get up their end.
Their goal was a bit annoying in that Bogusz was fouled and the ref didn't give it, and then he raced back angrily to get in a tackle, giving away a free kick himself. They scored just after.

McAlmont our best player. Drove us on second half when we were struggling against the wind.

Jack Jenkins, Stuart McKinstry and Liam McCarron have been promoted to training with the first team apparently according to this....https://motleedsnews.com/featured/never-before-seen-leeds-united-academy-trio-in-first-team-training-ahead-of-qpr-clash/

All 3 have looked very decent for the u23's and are pretty new this season to that level.

Promising.

We are all over them but cant convert

Brum keeper has had 15 minutes doing a Gordon Banks impression. Some very good saves to keep it 0-0

Yep, you guessed it 1-0 to Brum with their first real effort at goal
