A STATEMENT FROM GFH CAPITAL

A statement from the owners...
Following recent media reports and speculation, GFH Capital would like to confirm that it has agreed to sell a 75 per cent stake in the club to Eleonora Sport Ltd, a company owned by the Cellino family...
Turns out Eleonora is Cellino's daughter. This is her Instagram account --> http://instagram.com/misscmiami" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Ok, that's fair game.
Massimo Cellino is the coach-eater in Italy. I wouldn't mind being the Eleonora-eater in America.

Fucked if I know what to believe any more, it feels like we are being played for fools by everyone - n I include Farnans mob. A big thing in Farnans favour is that he kept a low profile while Flowers was doing DD, n made it clear he was happy to give them a chance to finalise the deal. But there is just too much frigging spin.

The big fuckups are GFH, they spent nearly a year negotiating with Bates, n it's seems they still didn't have a clue what they were getting in to.

Hopefully Cellino learned a lesson yesterday, everyone says he doesn't give a fuck what others think, but some of the images we saw of him yesterday make me think he'll happily say wave his dick at the world, but he will want the fans on his side when he does it.

I get the impression that Cellino perhaps misjudged the situation at the club. From outside he saw a manager who'd lost five on the bounce and thought we'd welcome a change, welcome a new saviour owner and lap up his new signings. He didn't account for the show of feeling from the fans who turned up on Friday night nor the continued show of support for Brian yesterday not just from the crowd but also from the players in th performance and result. Cellino himself may not still want Brian, but he may recognise or have been advised by someone he listens to to change tack now and that this is the wrong time to rock the boat. Especially as he's not yet in power and he failed with his fanfare signings. No one wants to ascend to power in a chorus of boos.

Not that I want him here mind.

Agreed. I'm holding fire on Cellino, sure he fucked up with McDermott - how he handles the situation will help me make my mind up about him. He's not used to owning a club the size of Leeds United, and has spent the last 20 years running and supporting his home town club, in a fairy typical Italian fashion from what I can see.

Fuck me I have spent the last 12 month watch tory boy use our club as a vehicle to help him gain a seat in parliament. We accepted that cause we believed his goals coincided with our own.

I'd probably prefer Farnan, he is teaming up with Yorkshire folks, but really I have no fucking idea what he is offering yet, and I am sick to death of empty promises and bullshit.

I've seen enough already to be unwilling to give cellino a chance. But yesterday reminded me why I can't walk away from it all. Fucked either way if the football league approve this mess.

So many threads I can't find that Daily Heil post about massive debts, ongoing losses and admin looming.

My first thought on reading this was simply: Ken Bates, thank you so much. When you look at how often we're on TV and what our attendances are, we should have more potential to (at the very least) break even than any other Championship club - even with some of Colin's dubious three years contracts for shite players. Yet the ground rent, the loss of ST and catering revenue and miscellaneous debt mean we're fucked for years to come.

All that GFH appear to have done is been stupid enough to think they could ride this out, when clearly they couldn't.

If by that you mean jerking the fans around, moving the club 500 miles, and letting their first division stadium crumble around their ears till it can only just take 5k, then fine.

If that seems even vaguely untypical of Italy, or of good practice, then WTF are you on about FFS?

Yeah, it's possible that he's had the required wake-up call. But the facts speak for themselves - the way he behaved is the way he normally behaves, so even if he plays nice for a short while, he's going to revert to type in the near future. Brian will realise this and probably has too much honour to deal with the cunt. Even in the unlikely event of the Italian Loon saying sorry to McDermott and signing some document giving Brian final say on all football matters, he probably wouldn't fall for it. But for the little it's worth, Cellino has probably learnt a couple of things about Leeds and its fans in the last few days.

The Asda onion loaf was worth the wait, the taste of onion gave the bread that something extra, as i said this type of loaf are just a tad over-priced at a quid, once again another loaf for the occassional tasty treat. 8/10.

I mean that a lot of Serie A clubs are owned by rich individuals, who spend a lot if money supporting 'their' clubs, are used to having a big say in the way the club's are run, and transfers.

I've yet to see any evidence that the majority of Cagliari fans don't like the owner of their club? I've seen one tweet calling him a dictator. Which is friggin is amazing for Italy, if he's as loathed by their fans as you seem to think.

That's what the fuck I am on about. The lowest day in our clubs history for me was when Bates brought us, the second lowest, when he signed Wise as our manager. He brought nothing to our club, n spent years pissing away our money. I am not even close to feeling as negative about Cellino as I did about Bates.

Well, fair enough. Give it time. For me, it's done. All the data I need to make a worrying projection. He hasn't spent in the way people are using to justify him, he's a crook and a cunt, he is going to make Bates look like the amateur he was.

Interestingly, was just reading some stuff in the Italian press about him and came across this sentence about the difficulties over the finances ( I've tried to clean up the auto translation)
The problem is that {since} everything is locked. Guilty, it seems, the fact that the budgets of the club are a series of Chinese boxes, with more or less hidden debts that are popping up every day. Exactly what they found [scared off] various Indian investors, American, British, South African and Chinese in the last year [who] have tried to acquire the company. Which, they say, would also have a strong debt to Ken Bates, who oversaw the sale to GFH, but also ex-Chelsea owner (he was to give the Blues a certain Abramovich in 2003).

Oh, and stories in the Italian press about how he wants Max Allegri as coach should help Brian's constructive dismissal case nicely.

I must admit. I bought a half season ticket and regret it at the moment. I'm pretty certain I wont renew if this Italian cunt gets us on the basis I dont trust him and he needs to prove himself.

Anyway, if we're already the Norwich B team and we start loaning loads of players from Italy does that make us the Cagliari C team or just a rip off of Watford?
