Hmm, I hate running with cups, bottles with a cap are way better. Soft cup for ultras is fine as you might walk the aid stations, but in a shorter distance it will lose you a lot of time and could result in people drinking less than they should

And drop zones for waste with DQ for people littering elsewhere?
