You know, I'm sick of following my dreams, man. I'm just going to ask where they're going and hook up with 'em later.

We didn't start the fire
It was always burning
Since the world's been turning
We didn't start the fire
No we didn't light it
But we tried to fight it

Apologies to William Joel.

Latest trial: pea milk. Actually not bad; better than other options.

£2.50/litre! Bloody hell Eric, that’s some commitment.
The fact that we are not taking care of the planet, our children will pay the consequences. With football it will be the same because we're destroying football and in the future we'll see the negative effects. Those who have power are responsible for it.

Apparently you mill dried peas into flour, from which you make ‘milk’. For my money it’s a bit lighter than oat milk.

Hornsea running festival this weekend, various race distances. All races have ditched plastic cups at the water stations with runners being advised to bring their own bottle or ‘soft cup’.
Great move imho.

Hmm, I hate running with cups, bottles with a cap are way better. Soft cup for ultras is fine as you might walk the aid stations, but in a shorter distance it will lose you a lot of time and could result in people drinking less than they should

Got to be a better solution- recyclable bottles ? https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.edie ... er-bottle/

And drop zones for waste with DQ for people littering elsewhere?

Give every runner a plastic bag full of water. And a goldfish.

Oh aye, it’s not ideal but it’s a difficult situation. They are allowing you to leave your own bottles etc at the stations as it isn’t a massive event. Obviously that wouldn’t work where there are thousands of runners.
