Monk gone.

Derby maybe? Reading elsewhere that Gerrard turned Derby down as Frank's replacement. They really have the Big Player bug, don't they?

  Former Swansea boss Garry Monk and current Manchester City assistant manager Mikel Arteta are among the early favourites to replace Benitez, whilst one bookmakers have already paid out on Newcastle to be relegated next season.!! BBC

So with Rafa gone at the barcodes, who is Ashley looking at to replace him?

It's a weird one all round: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48800839

My Forest mate is stunned. I didn't even notice that Roy Keane fucked off recently too.

I feel like that’s a good decision given they’ve immediately appointed a Jorge Mendes client. It’s a cynical ploy but it’ll probably work.

Derby have done well out of Lampard going to Chelsea. Some very handy spend & got rid of a manager who I still think is shite. Whoever new bloke is will surely be better.

What price it’ll be Monk?

(If it’s Rafa, they’ll definitely improve)

It's not Rafa - he's just gone to China, I think.

I'd have thought Hughton, meself.

mel morris has been emboldened by his fat frank gamble, he's gone for another bloke who looks like an ex-model, has his wife had a hand in this?

to be fair, cocu's actually done really well in holland recently winning the league for PSV 3 years out of 4.
