Come on Leeds and Hull
There will be no end to the problems afflicting mankind until economists become rulers, or, by some miracle, rulers become economists.

Rumour mill on the Twatter suggesting Kalvin’s been dropped? That’s, uh, bold.

Match facts

Brentford are unbeaten in their past nine home matches against Leeds in all competitions (W6 D3 L0) since a 1-2 defeat in August 1950.

Leeds have scored just seven goals in their past 11 league matches against Brentford (W2 D5 L4).

Six of Brentford's past eight league games on Easter Monday have finished level (W1 D6 L1), though the Bees did win their fixture on this day last season (1-0 at Bristol City).

Leeds have lost nine of their past 10 league matches on Easter Monday (W1 D0 L9), losing each of the last six in a row.

Brentford have won nine of their past 12 home games in all competitions (W9 D2 L1).

Leeds have won 11 away league matches this season, only winning more in three previous campaigns - 12 wins in 1963-64, 1973-74 and 2007-08.

Without Phillips we will have absolutely no defensive shield, no margin of error for the centre backs. I don't like it!

Dropping Klich is something I could get behind

IF Phillips has been dropped then I back Bielsa, even if it’s not even within the first 10 changes I would have made for today

This season we’ve basically been Kalvin and ten other blokes. Dropping him would be uh, bold?

That would guarantee Villa the play offs. There is no better way for a team to take their foot of the pedal (and managers to start resting players) for next weeks game.

I know I am clutching at straws or anything I can but that is my glass half full version of events!

Not good if Villa fancy getting ahead of West Brom for a home second leg in playoffs.

Wasnt Forshaw the DM when we beat Derby 2-0?

We have just got to go for it and see where we end up. If it is play-offs then so be it, we will be just as nervous as the other 3 teams in them.

I agree. Only speculative negative comment about MB / Phillips would be that other players have off days and don’t get dropped, but KP seems to.

I agree it's very far from over, but the fat lady (no shortage of those in the steel city)'s car has certainly arrived. This, at the risk of stating the obvious, is their hardest remaining fixture.
