Just noticed this bit in the YEP article reporting that the EFL will be considering Spygate at its regular board meeting tomorrow:
"The YEP understands that the staff member sent by Bielsa [to Derby] was in possession of secateurs, for the purpose of allowing a clearer view from the public road he was standing on. The intern was spoken to by Derbyshire Police but was not arrested or charged. Derbyshire Police have since insisted they did not provide Derby with details of the items the intern was carrying."
So no "bolt cutters" or "pliers" to break fences or locks, but something to trim a leaf or two on a bush outside the private space.
Norwich now saying they don't want a points deduction or even a fine; they just want to know what, if anything, Leeds did at their place.
Apparently Bielsa was accompanied by the actual scout who went to Derby when he met the EFL in London a couple of weeks back, and we have now sent a detailed response in writing.https://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/ ... -1-9579323
