Better Late Than Dead 2018 Thread

I’ve just been told a colleague’s dog got run over and killed yesterday and the first thing I did was think what pun I’d have gone with if it’d been a celeb*.

I fear this thread may be killing my compassion.

*The dog’s name was Kipper so it was too damn easy anyway.

Haha. Same here. My mate and I were playing said pun game before it came up on here and it's now always my first thought to grab the phone and text him first whenever I hear of a famous death. [First to text gets the points.]

Anyway, Wyngardium Leviosa - Peter Wyngarde, aka Jason King, has died [according to Radio 4], but oddly there's no link anywhere on the interweb.
