You can predict the result of a cup match and also predict the outcome of a possible penalty shoot out as this does not impinge on your match score forecast. It's just a chance to get 3 extra points and I'm surprised that most of the players in this competition don't also do it. It's all in the rules.

The presumption would be that you only predict a penalty shoot-out if you think the game will end in a draw. Looking at the rules it doesn't say that explicitly so you have found a bit of a loophole there. I blame Perseus.
