We need some sort of hotspot / snicko / hawkeye tech permanently stapled to Ronaldo’s head.

I love the way he’s written ‘500Hz IMU sensor’ to suggest he’s got the slightest fucking clue what that means.

I feel like he was never going to come to us a few months before a WC where his value could possibly double and he could move to a barometer team.
Fuck knows why Orta even got on the plane considering there was no inclination to sell.
File that under, we nearly signed Zola and Maradona.

Reckon I will be paying most attention to the USA-IRAN match tonight.
England - Wales sounds like a yawnathon.

Foden and Rashford to start. Also Walker at RB.

No Phillips, injured again? Walker was in theory further away than him. No Brendan again for the US.

Fair play to Shearer, name checking Gary Speed.

I like it. What is it?

There seems to be this narrative that, at 32, half fit and with a very mixed last season behind him, walker can slip straight into the team and (in a hypothetical knock out matchup) have mbappe in his pocket again like he was doing a couple of years ago. I think that’s a pipe dream.

I know I should back the Leeds players, but I’d quite like to see Iran dick the US for the sheer fuck of it.
