It's been a while and this may not come as a surprise but I disagree 100% with this statement. I love Pontus but he's the exact opposite of a big game player, he can do his best work (motivating his team mates) from the bench.

As an aside, I find it very entertaining to watch Bradley Johnson get so angry.

I'd take 0-0 right now, even if that causes much stress on the night.

I think for the pen, if roles reversed, you’d be disappointed it’s not given. Harrison’s shin hits Bogles calf before he gets the ball. Is it enough ....who knows, but the ref was sure, hence giving it and Leeds are lucky the lino overrules. Very unusual situation, could have gone either way.

Deserved to win the game by more in the end though.

Injuries a concern but Shack was immense, Dallas brilliant out of position and Berardi shows the advantage of having pace.

Roll on Wednesday.

Against a top 6 team, away, they don’t have a shot on target and you want to change the back 4?

I know you’re very rarely right, but that’s a new standard......even for you

Harrison was first to the ball and other fella had to go through him, so at fault for any contact - never a pen - only called cos the ref was partially unsighted, i think.

What a great start to the weekend.

I've watched it so many times now and I really can't be sure there is definite contact - I think there probably is but it's not 100% conclusive. There is a (small) hand in the back of Harrison as he's swinging his leg and there's a very definite deliberate motion to dangle a leg. Can't tell if it could have been a legitimate attempt to win the ball, only the player will know but I can't see how you could give a penalty for that.

But yes, I'd want it the other way but, in all fairness, I always want a penalty when we go down in the box even when its 100% clearly not one (hi Coops).

Yeah your best players need to play.

I can't even be bothered responding to your childish petty insult.

Have a great evening. :thumbl:

If anything Harrison is fouled with the hand on the back which causes the contact.

Harrison quoted as saying he didn’t mean to foul him, going for ball etc......which doesn’t help his case and means there was contact!

yeah, harrison was in the correct position, goalside, of the striker and bogle was challenging from behind, had his hand in the back of harrrison which was enough for harrison to fail to make a clean connection with the ball, which is all harrison was trying to do. how can he foul a man behind himin that situation? the fact that bogle managed to poke his leg into it, from behind harrison is not harrison's fault. the lino got it right, the ref was unsighted and suffered from a brain fart.

had harrison been in the wrong position, ie the players were switched around it would have been a penalty.
increasing doubt, decreasing hope, even my imaginary friend went and changed his mind.

Not slagged him off, just offered an opinion.

Trust me, reading your posts make me smile.....

I’d love, truly love to come on here after Play off final and say I was wrong about Bielsa.

Harrison’s interview in YEP, suggests he feels he was lucky.

I thought we totally deserved that win, Derby were brutal. It's worth remembering it's only half time though. Tough game ahead at ER. They'll be well up for it.
