Maybe with all the chances we create he's the kid to finish 'em off? And with Roofe possibly out for a few weeks, he'll get the chance?
Dunno. Still seems very raw. Sink/swim?

Definitely needs to be on the bench so he can come on if bamford's looking a bit ennui.
Edmondson definitely looked like his game's developed in the bits I've seen this pre-season, he looks less like a goal hanging bully and more like a player who'll help in the build up and the get on the end of things. He even looked like he might trap a bag of sand. It'd give bamford a kick up the derriere.
increasing doubt, decreasing hope, even my imaginary friend went and changed his mind.

Is this going to go down as the quietest transfer window ever?

IN: Two players we had last season back on loan, one loan with a view to a permanent deal and two kids on loan?
OUT: Seven sold, two free transfers and a couple of loans.

could plausibly have been an older cousin of billy paynter, given their shared scouse origins, silky footballing skills, and, arguably, something about thier looks.

Beesley was on the Undr The Cosh podcast the other day. Quite the character. Can’t remember anything interesting he said about his time at Leeds, mind

The second and third chances the other night where sitters, we should have had 6 and scraped past a division 3 type team in the last minute. I think we would have been beaten by a team over our class despite the possession we had. Our game sees us get caught out from time to time. Not having a striker who is scoring 1 in 2 or 3 changes is going to cost us when it matters.

Is that the same Div3 team held a full strength Scum to 0-2 ?

No that was the champions Perth and like Leeds last Wednesday they had just gotten off a plane, trained and played a match!

The fact that we are not taking care of the planet, our children will pay the consequences. With football it will be the same because we're destroying football and in the future we'll see the negative effects. Those who have power are responsible for it.

It is only YEP, but they are reporting that MB is a big fan and we may try and hijack the deal.

Not really a KP replacement. I do rate him though.

I've just had a look at his glittering career.

Best not to give him too long a contract. Just in case we go up, like.

Are we planning on starting our first game with 11 midfielders?

Twatter:
What about CB Phil Hay? Anything on that? Or just sticking with white and Becardi as cover?
@PhilHay_ wouldn’t surprise me if Bielsa sticks with what he’s got at CB. He’s a big fan of White"...........

Ben White's, 21 senior experience : 50 appearances loan spell with Newport County 2017/18, 16 outings for L1 Peterborough last season. Brighton a few in the League Cup.
White was coming in anyway & is NOT a replacement for a player of the calibre or experience of Pontus, nor is Bacardi- if no one comes in that is El Loco & the season Donald Ducked.

I've been thinking about that quite a lot of late. It occurs to me that starting the season with literally only one senior centre-back (and it being Liam Cooper, who veers between imperious and shite) should by rights be the end of our campaign before it has begun but I think there's still an outside chance that if we can work out how to score goals, it might not actually matter. It's a bit of cliche but if we outscore the opposition in every game, it won't actually matter how many goals we concede.

I'm thinking we'll see one more in, on loan. Further forward, though.

How many loan signings are we allowed? We've got four already have we?

As many as you like, but only five can be in the 18-man match day squad at any one time.
