Caveats abound, but the historical trials seem to suggest somewhere between no/little and moderate benefit: certainly not inferior, though. Worth starting that the newer trials may be doing something differently and their responses may be better than previous studies.
If you want me to take a look at the patient info privately and advise on what the study is, happy to do so as Devil/detail. (Randomisation means she'll want to be happy with whatever arm she gets put into: the control arm for SIRT is probably going to be arterial chemo alone, as above.)
Mother's sister and not that close at all TBH. We were just curious about general prognosis as the MIL lost her other sister a year or two back and is a bit down about this.
