If that cunt McLaren (who was in the directors box gets it, I will give up

no more ridiculous than giving him the job in the first place.

although to be fair theres much more wrong at club than just him?

Yes I'd agree, I was decidedly underwhelmed when he was appointed, but the periods where he had a full squad to pick from I judged him to be reasonably competent.

The question of course is why did the players keep getting dismissed. That's what cost us the points that would have saved his job. The players who were dismissed knew this I'm sure and yet continued to be extraordinarily reckless. Hmm.

I think this decision takes the scrutiny from Orta who's power at the club may have served to undermine TC as did bringing in set piece coaches he clearly didn't ask for. You'd have to conclude that if the board didn't show respect for TCs autonomy, then why would the players

Sums it up for me.

you dont think someone else could do better?

teach them to defend?

teach them to be disciplined?

pick the right players?

As I said ‘with the current AVAILABLE squad’

Nope.[/quote]

I think the players without a coach would be doing a better job...but its all opinions

It would be nice to get through a season without having to change my fantasy premier league team name ffs

I will join you in that. If Radz really has bowed to fan pressure in sacking TC, just wait till he gets a load of what we think of McLaren

If he’s got any sense he’s got people monitoring the forum and wackoff, shteeve will get fucked off at the high port before we’ve played a game lol

given the time this has been announced you'd think today was about the deal being done with the new guy.

once it was, they can pull the trigger.

I wonder if they were that impressed yesterday, that they asked Colin to stay back after the game.

Warnock in!

If it does turn out tone Schteeve then it would be the least classy thing that Radz n Co have done since they arrived. The new man in the boardroom with the execs whilst the current manager is struggling manfully to round up his herd of cats one last time

Bookies got it massively wrong before TC was appointed, think they have as much clue now.

Hasn't he got a bit of a track record of being in directors boxes on the night managers have been sacked? I think it happened at Derby recently and they were all going nuts thinking he was going back in.

This all goes back to team selection against Newport. TC played a weak team; after taking the lead we ended up chasing the game; they riled Saiz and stupidly off he went. Suddenly, without Saiz, we were horribly exposed as a team unable to create a chance.

Last year our season fell apart after the FA Cup humiliation against Sutton and this year we have done exactly the same. So much for concentrating on the league.
