one of the few reasons to look at waccoe is to nick some inspiration for the little daft bets i have to add a bit of interest to otherwise irrelevant football matches. i'm sure ballers probably have some smarter tips, if so stick them here..
anyway today's waste of money is a 6fold accumulator that returns at 212/1.
Man City -1 goal @ 23/20
Wolves v Newcastle - Newcastle @ 15/8
Reading v Middlesbrough - Middlesbrough @ 15/8
Millwall v Burnley - Millwall @ 23/20
Leyton Orient v Preston - Preston @ EVS
Exeter v Oldham - Oldham @ 9/5

Milwall to beat Burnley is a long shot I reckon.
Good luck.

For what it's worth (£5 actually) my five-fold is
1. Lay West Ham v Palace (i.e West Ham won't win )
2. Oxford
3.Blackpool
4.Bristol Rovers
5. Barnsley
Only realised recently that you could lay teams on an accumulator.
Pays £134

it's another dull saturday with no leeds match

so to stop myself from drowning in inertia i've a stupid fivefold
blackpool v MILLWALL
bristol city v BURNLEY
cardiff v PALACE
cov vs SOUTHAMPTON
LEYTON ORIENT v hartlepool
this will turn £2 into £290
anyone else got any proper tips?

Something else is happening in Leicester today and the local populace can't cope with two batches of excitement in one day.

My £5 8 fold for what it's worth (£197)
Liverpool,Man U,Man Citeh,Charlton,Hudds,Orient,Kilmarnock,AFC Wimblendon
Occasionally there are a few mad prices around on the betting exchanges e.g a few weeks ago you could still get Darius Henderson to be top scorer in the championship at 100/1 (with £15 available) seemed silly not to really.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Scum, Citeh, Ipswich, Huddersfield, Sheff W, Rangers.
£4 pays about £125 I thunk.Pretty sure one of the so called big guns will let me down, probably Chelsea

6/1 Leicester
8/1 Wolves
8/1 Bolton
10/1 Birmingham
11/1 Cardiff
12/1 Leeds
14/1 Brighton
16/1 Blackpool
16/1 Blackburn
16/1 Middlesbrough
12/1 looks good with hills-that is all based on us getting new investment of course, i think our odds will tumble the moment new ownership is confirmed.
hooray for just wasting a tenner.

If we're 6th favourites for the title, there must be a decent set of odds on us going down.

and this year's odds...which show that they think we're a better bet this season at 12/1/ compared to 16/1.

Yeah, dunno. Might Wolves be strong? Our chances are obviously negligible. But there'll always be more than a few chumps who can't resist a bet.

Can get 14/1 on us at a few bookies. 5/1 for promotion with William Hill.
Wolves nearly 2/1 to beat us on the opening day. Think that's a decent bet, despite the change of manager there. Can't see them flogging too many of their main players, especially not on the first day of the season - maybe later in August though.

i've been persevering with my daft accumulators and nearaly pulled off a 200/1 6fold last week. i just needed wigan to equalise against west brom but they couldn't. so with a tad more confidence i'm sticking forward this week's waste of money. only a 5fold..
reading vs everton - draw
newcastel vs sawnsea - draw
watford to beat wolves
burnley to lose to charlton
colchester to lose to bury [it seems blackwell's honeymoon's still going]
275/1 for all five. probably bollocks but it'll help add interest to the afternoon.

Started dropping in a fair chunk of Both Teams to Score and Over 1.5/2.5 goal selections into my accumulators. Adds a new dimension to the old multiple bet in that, mostly, it keeps you in the hunt a lot longer than outright selections - which invariably get fucked up by a daft scorelines early on in the piece.
Got a couple up in Europe and the Internationals, but nothing domestic yet. Hoping to change that today.
E.g, one of my accas today:
Man C
Leicester
Crawley
QPR v Saints Both teams to score
Cardiff v Hull BTTS
Shrewsbury v Crewe BTTS
Palace v Derby over 1.5 goals
Dumbarton v Morton over 2.5 goals
Raith v Dunfermiline over 1.5 goals
About 30/1 that lot

just seen derby have scored, which is nudging yours a bit nearer.
55 minutes in and reading have equalised so 3 of my 5 are heading in the right direction, just leaving bury to score and charlton to get something against burnley who are down to 10 men.

bah, now need newcastle to equalise, but that's better than swansea having to equalise.
