rangers might not be the force they were back in the day, but the rest of scottish football has declined even more precipitously, e.g. stevie g's nobodies averaged over 2.3 PPG last year, not at all dissimilar [assuming 3 pts per win] to the record of [e.g.] the excellent side who knocked leeds out of the BAROMETER in 92/93.
