Rochdale have just signed an emergency loan deal for one week with Andy Lonergan

If they think they have an emergency now, just wait till they've seen him play!!

I did a landlords gas safety check on a Rochdale goalkeepers house a couple of weeks ago. He's 22 and on loan from Fulham. Played 7 games since August 1 red. £1800 a week

He offered the information, or you were just casually rifling through his bank statements?

I suppose I find it heartening that a decently paid pro footballer is still on PAYE, rather than being a contractor employed by a company in the Bahamas like most of the Prem tossers.

disappointing david robertson has taken on a job in a war zone. the documentary behind it is slightly surreal and seriously funny in parts. having watched it i like him more than i ever did when he played for leeds. well worth a watch imo.

Cheers for that , enjoyed the programme. A hard man - with a soft side. Hard not to like him after that .
