Seven top flight goals is a great return for wood given the injuries he's had.

Also nice to see a little assist for ex tsb favorite Aaron Lennon.

i remember seeing this lad as a central midfielder for the reserves back in the day and thinking he was going further than, the train driver, mark ford. trouble is he's gone off the rails.

...Mr McGinn told Judge Martin Nolan that Bayly had a “huge amount of contact” with the older players in the three years he spent in Leeds, which was where he was introduced to gambling...

Gary Kelly was paying this guy's rent for a while, iirc...

Cook for England - just a shame we'll boycott this WC and be banned from the next one so he'll never get to play....

The team will go for sure, for the group stages anyway. We’re hitting Russia where it hurts. Not sending our politicians and Royals. Putin will be devastated by this and put a big downer on the World Cup. A great move.

his liverpool contract is said to expire in summer 2020. he'll be 34 & a half by then, if he stays that long. i should think he'll be good & ready to drop down a division by then, quite possibly not even particularly good by top six standards? spending so long in squad rotation systems has definitely put some sort of cap on the number of miles on his clock but, still, 15 & counting top flight seasons is a very long time.

Not quite ex-white but ’suicidal’

Combination of missing Terry George and today’s result, I guess.

Luci is now assistant manager at Atl. Baleares in Mallorca. They're 4th from bottom in the 3rd tier. Perfect training for a future Leeds Manager

speak for yourself, Grandad.

Dorigo comes across really well in the interview, tbh, modest & good humored.

there are a couple of nice new [to me] snippets in there about Batts & Wilko.

Murphy AND Pablo out of contract?

I know which one I'd have :money: :money: :money:
The only thing we knew for sure about Henry Porter was that his name wasn't Henry Porter.
