Alan Maybury is playing for St Johnstone and in the stands not able to play for them tonight for reasons I don't know or care about are Jody Morris and one Michael Duberry! How the not so mighty have fallen.

MORECAMBE FC is investigating Twitter comments made by the club’s ex-Northern Ireland international Tony Capaldi.
Capaldi, 29, has riled Shrimps fans by describing the team as “rubbish” and slating training methods at the Globe while commenting on the popular social networking website.
...
His recent tweets included “now putting on a bit of weight now im a pub player!!” and “4 hours in the car for 20 mins crossing and finishing! #wasteoftime!”
In response to the following comment “2 Morecombe goals from your throw ins last weekend. That’s more than Cardiff have scored from corners this season!“ Capaldi replied: “trust me you would rather be watching cardiff than that rubbish!”.
The comments have caused an outpouring of anger on the club’s internet forum Shrimpsvoices with many fans calling for Capaldi to be sacked.
It’s been frustrating sitting on the sidelines for the recent matches after my hamstring injury but I’ve been back running for a week or so and have started doing bits of training, so I’m nearing full fitness.
As soon as I am fit, I will be ready but I want to be available until the end of the season. It’s no good if I rush back, only last 20 minutes and am then ruled out for another four weeks.
Unfortunately, loan players can pick up muscle strains when they go to another club simply because they’ve usually not been playing for a while beforehand. I’d gone nearly four months without playing. I’d played reserve-team games but the intensity is not the same.
In the two games I have played, the team won, though, so maybe I’m a bit of a lucky omen. I still have a lot to show – I haven’t done much yet. I feel like I owe the club. I want to play and show everyone what I can do and get the club back into those play-offs places, which are still not out of reach even though we lost in midweek.

I've filled it in. But those last few questions, where you say whether you have 'High, Medium or Low' agreement with a series of statements, are a bit flawed. There are so many statements in each question, that while I was in 'High' agreement with some I was in 'Low' agreement with others in the same question, so I ended up just putting 'Medium.' Which ultimately will tell Showman Da Poemcee nothing useful about my habits as a football fan.

The angriest I've seen our lass was the morning after the night I'd been a little bit of a bender in Cardiff. Being asked to look at online surveys, Being shown video evidence of your husband pissing through the letterbox of Costa coffee - I guess it's all relative. There's just no pleasing some women.

I'd like to throw in being brought home by a local bobby after someone had complained about me hitting the door of Oxfam for 15 minutes at 2am demanding my Now 29 cassette I had donated be returned. The bobby found the funny side, sadly the same could not be said of the waiting party at home
