I once had to send three copies of a certificate for the same item in pdf format. Apparently asking them to download the document on the email three times was not in agreement with the terms of the purchase. Attaching the same document three times was.

Mate, I work in part of the banking sector, in order to make our bulk cash movements we have to have two people sign a document, we then scan and email it to the centre making the move, they then email us back with the unique code at the top of the form and email a scanned copy of the signed coversheet we send them.
All this could be achieved with some simple encryption software but the banks won't pay for it. Admittedly there are some fairly sizeable sums involved but really, email is supposedly safer than encryption? Madness I tell ya
