(But yes, the combination of the intensely claustrophobic cinematography and the lighting is amazing)

Finally got round to watching Dallas Buyers Club.

Lovely piece of film making with some excellent acting.
Been away from posting for too long, but still been lingering around like a bad fart.

Just read that the soundtrack was Oneohtrixpointnever which sort of explains a lot. It's weird for what you'd expect for the type of film, but definitely works.

Yeah, it's mixed really loudly at times as well which I gather some people found irritating but it really worked for me.

I nearly went to see it at the cinema. Glad I didn’t, I think, could well have been a bit much.

Everyone who is 'enjoying' Uncut Gems should watch Good Time. It's also on Netflix and from the same guys.
