Went on for Fulham tickets for me and my daughter today. 1000th in the queue so not bad. Got on in about 10 minutes, two tickets in the basket, submitted payment, only to get an error at the end of it. Kept trying to submit with two different card - both with the auto populate and manually entering in the details. No good. Called ticket office but, of course, by the time I spoke to them the sale had ended and there was no way they could manually override the computer. Absolute rubbish.

Sorry, just needed to vent!

Membership card is now digital, so has to go in a digital wallet. Big assumption there by the members department. I can only presuppose one will never have to show it.

I think the kids memberships packs must be digital too as we've had fuck all through the post.

My older kids got their scarf and hat weeks ago, the youngest recieved a pencil tin box, drawstring bag and water bottle yesterday. We all agreed the youngest got a far better deal. Hat is okay though.

Sorry you didn’t manage to get them, I had a question though were you buying two tickets with your single membership or does your daughter have a membership too.

We are visiting in January and I want to go to the Brentford game while we are there and take the wife I’m a member she is not and was wondering if we both need to be members to get a ticket.

Yeah you both need to be members. I ticket per membership unless you go for hospitality.
