Am I the only one that thinks that Sargent goal was nothing special? It was behind him so he tried to just get anything on it. He couldn't do much else. He did well to get to it but I'm not sure what all the fuss is about.

I agree. I'm sort of pleased for him because all the times I've seen Norwich this season he's been shite-but-trying-hard while achieving nothing - so for him to bag a couple of goals is quite nice. That goal was pretty much an accident.

Depends on your definition of accident really. I have no doubt his intention was to flick the ball in the goal. Probably fairer to say he was fortunate to see it go in considering the degree of difficulty involved.

Everton a shade unfortunate not to equalise. Pegged Villa back most of second half.
Time wasting by Villa was pretty spectacular.
Ref booked their keeper after about 65 mins for it, but then didn't book him again [and send him off] when he was at it again.
One time he picked up a rolled through-ball and did that thing where keepers dive on top of the ball and go into an 'embryo' position, as if protecting themselves from onrushing forwards - except, of course, there was no forward in sight and he was just wasting time.
Ref should have given him a second yellow for that, no question.
Naturally, he took over 10 seconds to release every other time he touched the ball. Ref said nowt.

Another incident saw a Villa player fouled, with the ball stationary against his thigh as he lay on the ground. So he pushed the ball away into touch about 10 yards away, with his hand, as he got up. Nowt said from ref.
They added five mins on but it should have been about eight.
