I saw the Corona Bill described by David Allen Green as the worst-worded (i.e. least specific and well thought through) bill since the Dangerous Dogs Act*.

Then there's the takeaway delivery service T&Cs in the Brexit ferry contact... Makes no surprise that they fumble this, probably too busy massaging the death figures.
