Covid? Does not bode well. You need to abstain for the greater good.

The good news is that I've blagged a seat in the posh Brighton fannies, private bar and all that. The more challenging news is that I'm bringing Tommy and he's 0 for 3 on away games this season. Got to break his duck sometime, I guess.

'Big' Andy Carroll apparently on a grand a week at Reading. which works out at the thick end of half a mill per appearance, arf, etc.

this said, you just know there'll be some manager/owner out there somewhere [quite possibly ours] mentally extrapolating this performance over the length of a reasonably hefty 2-3 yr contract & reasoning what excellent business said deal would represent

I assume neither Patrick or Bill will play for more than 45 minutes. Will Greenwood replace Bamford, leaving Joffy free for Tuesday?

Bamford rumoured to be out for another three weeks, possibly injuring his leg celebrating the goal. Phillips and Cooper also to miss Chelsea. From Waccoe in-the-knower, allegedly.

If you watch Bamford celebrate his goal you see him wince and look at his leg knowing he's fucked his leg again :clown:

I suppose if we are going to have injuries to key players then it is better to get them out of the way with Chelsea, Liverpool & Citeh coming up up.

Yeah I'd rather have them fit and ready for Villa and Burnley

I know I shouldn't but, well, Illan's leg will fall off during the Chelsea game.

Some disturbing rumours from reliable sources that Bamford has fucked himself out for three- four weeks: KP out for eight-ten and Ayling needs to go under the knife.
Mirrors and copulation are abominable, since they both multiply the numbers of men.

If this is traceable back to the Waccoe guy, then Bamford is as described, KP is speculation and the Ayling stuff is what he told us about the injury he had last time - ie, he was right about the treatment but wrong about how long it took for him to come back.

I'll go and see if I can decode any more from 'over there'.

Well, the Waccoe 'in-the-knowers [who do seem to get good inside info and almost always know the team a few hours ahead] appear to be agreed about Bamford's issue [it's as above], but the KP and Ayling stuff could very easily be bollocks.

Guess we'll find out on Thursday at the presser.
